Returns, exchanges & shipping
Everything we will and won’t do, in plain words, so there are no surprises after you pay.Last updated September 2026.
Orders, payment and cancellation
- We take prepaid orders only. There is no cash on delivery.
- Your order is confirmed only once the payment has been received and verified — until then nothing is reserved and nothing is dispatched.
- You can cancel and get a full refund any time before your order is dispatched. Message us with your order number.
- Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping and delivery
- Delivery is free anywhere in India. There are no shipping charges at checkout, and nothing to pay on arrival.
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of the payment being confirmed.
- Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are.
- Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us. Please keep your phone reachable for the courier.
Returns
- We do not accept returns for a change of mind, or because a colour or size was chosen incorrectly — please check the size guide and product details before ordering.
- A piece with a manufacturing defect, or one that is damaged in transit, is always our responsibility. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
- Please film an unedited video as you open the parcel. It is the one thing that lets us settle a damage claim with the courier straight away, and we cannot process a damage claim without it.
Exchanges
- A size exchange is possible within 48 hours of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and unwashed, with all tags and the original packaging intact.
- Exchanges depend on that size being in stock. If it is not, we will offer you a store credit or a refund.
- Return shipping for a size exchange is paid by the customer. If the piece was defective or we sent the wrong item, we pay both ways.
Refunds
- Approved refunds go back to the same account you paid from — we cannot refund to a different account or as cash.
- Once we approve a refund it is issued within 2 working days, and your bank usually shows it within 5-7 working days after that.
- The GST invoice for a refunded order is credited in full.
